James Cooper

    James Cooper is a senior commercial real estate investment leader and originator with over 25 years’ experience across UK and European markets, specialising in value-add investment strategies and capital formation. Over his career, James has been responsible for more than £8bn of acquisitions and disposals.


    James has held senior leadership roles within institutional real estate platforms, most recently as Head of Investment Transactions at Indurent (a Blackstone-owned portfolio company). In this role, he led investment strategy and capital deployment following the integration of St. Modwen Logistics and Industrials REIT, with a focus on acquisitions, structured investments and forward-funding strategies alongside development partners.


    Earlier in his career, James was a founding Partner of InfraRed Capital Partners, where he co-led the management buyout of the HSBC Specialist Investments platform in 2011. As Head of Investment Origination for the UK and Ireland, he was responsible for strategy and investment decision-making across four pan-European Value Add and Core Plus funds, with a strong focus on logistics and forward-funding strategies alongside partners. He also sat on the investment committee and senior leadership team and was instrumental in raising an Urban Logistics fund, building on a long track record of delivering returns.

    Philip Cridge is a senior commercial real estate executive with over 20 years’ experience across UK and European markets, with deep expertise in asset management, platform leadership and operational delivery.


    Philip most recently built and led the UK platform for Mileway, backed by Blackstone, serving as UK Managing Director. He was responsible for asset management and portfolio performance across a large national logistics portfolio, with oversight of teams, systems and governance, and played a central leadership role in scaling Europe’s largest last-mile real estate platform, including supporting the successful €21bn recapitalisation of the business in 2022.


    Previously, Philip spent over a decade at InfraRed Capital Partners, managing value-add and opportunistic investments across multiple commercial sectors, including distressed and complex asset situations, development-led strategies and intensive portfolio management, with a focus on aligning operational execution with investor outcomes.
